Terigi began his professional journey with a strong academic foundation, training first as a mechanical engineer. Driven by an interest in corporate leadership, he later attended the prestigious HEC Paris Business School, successfully graduating with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 1999. This unique combination of technical engineering precision and advanced corporate strategy equipped him with the analytical toolsets necessary to navigate real-world industrial bottlenecks across international boundaries.
Following his graduation, Terigi spent nearly fifteen years operating directly within the fast-paced apparel and garment manufacturing sectors in Asia. As a hands-on operator, he launched and led several ventures, notably serving as the Director of PMC International Ltd, Managing Director of BMT International Ltd, and Director of PMC Fashion. Demonstrating immense operational grit, he successfully constructed an 800-person garment facility in Bangladesh entirely from the ground up on a bare plot of land in just eight months—navigating intense local regulatory and licensing protocols independently. Throughout this phase of his career, he scaled specialized trade frameworks spanning Japan, mainland China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Bangladesh.
Through his decades on the factory floor and steering international supply chains, Terigi identified a systemic global issue: small and medium enterprises (SMEs) were consistently crippled by long invoice turnaround times and lacked access to traditional bank capital. Recognizing this critical financial gap, he partnered with co-founder Dmitri Kouchnirenko to launch Incomlend in January 2016. Headquartered in Singapore, Incomlend was engineered as a groundbreaking global marketplace that connects international B2B exporters with accredited institutional investors, allowing businesses to instantly liquidate their outstanding receivables through non-recourse factoring and secure rapid working capital.
Today, Terigi serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Incomlend Group, driving the firm's strategic vision, institutional partnerships, and expansion into digital assets. A highly multifaceted individual, he balances his demanding fintech executive schedule with a deep dedication to martial arts, holding a verified Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu certified by the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF).
